Open a recipe or Cooking Mode and tap a step’s timer. Short timers count down on screen; longer ones (like overnight ferments) schedule an alarm that notifies you when the time is up. Please allow notifications when prompted so the alarms can reach you.

Yes — they are stored locally on your device. They are not synced to the cloud, so they remain private to you.
The recipes work in any pizza oven (Ooni, Gozney, wood-fired and more) and many also work in a home oven with a baking stone or steel. Each recipe lists the recommended temperature.
